After 10 years of selling tech, I finally found myself asking, "Is this really what I want to be doing?" The answer was pretty obvious.
I've always loved bringing people together, and if there was ever a barbecue, birthday or family gathering, I'd be the first to volunteer to do the cooking. That's when I realised food wasn't just something I enjoyed... it was something I genuinely loved.
So I swapped boardrooms for tacos and haven't looked back.

So why Mexican food?
Because I love everything it stands for. It's fresh, vibrant and full of culture. While there's definitely a place for fine dining, Mexican food is all about bringing people together over incredible flavours without any fuss.

For me, it's about fresh ingredients, bold flavours, homemade marinades and salsas, and food that's made to be shared. Great food should be relaxed, colourful and memorable. This exactly what we aim to bring to every event.

Whether we're catering a wedding, birthday, corporate event or garden party. Our goal is simple, serve authentic Mexican food that gets people talking long after the last taco has disappeared.
